Return unused products

Use this form if you bought a product directly from InkMachines and want to request a return for an unused product.

Before you submit a return request, make sure that the product is unused and that you have your original InkMachines order number ready.

Returns Policy

We charge a 10% return fee on machines and power supplies and 30% on needles. Customer also pays for all return costs including shipping and customs fees if any. We will refuse any return that does not conform to the rules of our return policy as follows:

All returns MUST be marked RETURN.
We will only accept returns of UNUSED products.
Machines will not be accepted for return if the box has been opened.
Time limit for return shipment is 5 days from date of delivery.
Products must be returned as originally packed, with all original packing included.
Include a copy of the original invoice.
Include a letter or note explaining the reason for the return.
Include your current telephone number and e-mail address.
Customer pays for return shipping plus a 10% return fee.
