Sales Policy
We have a professionals only policy. We sell only to registered tattoo or piercing studios/artists with proof of registration.
Payment
All sales are pre-payment only, credit card, Paypal or wire bank transfer. Orders from within the EU without valid VAT number are added VAT % according to shipping country. We accept payment in EUS, USD and SEK. Convert currencies here http://www.xe.com/ucc/
Shipping & Handling
We ship Worldwide. The shipping cost will be calculated and added at checkout depending on the weight and the shipping country. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 1-10 working days depending on your location and shipping alternative.
Customs & DDP
The customer is responsible for customs fees, import taxes and licenses or other expenses related to international shipments and laws. Shipments to the USA arlready include all custom fees in the DDP charge so there is no additional charge to your door. Within the EU there are no custom fees.
Returns Policy
We charge a 10% return fee on machines and power supplies and 30% on needles. Customer also pays for all return costs including shipping and customs fees if any. To return products please contact us at info@inkmachines.com. All returns should meet the following conditions:
- Mark the package with text RETURN on the outside.
- We will only accept returns of UNUSED products.
- Time limit for return shipment is 7 days from date of delivery.
- Products must be returned as originally packed, with all original packing included.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or related email.
- Include a letter or note explaining the reason for the return.
- Include your current telephone number and e-mail address.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We will never give, sell or disclose your personal information to anyone else. Any information you give to inkmachines.com will be held with the utmost care and will not be used by any other company or entity. Inkmachines.com does not disclose any personal information collected at our site, including contact forms or email lists.
