Lets fix your machine!

To give you the best assistance please read the info below before you fill out the service order form.

1. Make sure the email address is correct and that you receive the confirmation e-mail within a few minutes after submitting the request. If not check spam box or make a new request. It is crucial that the e-mail communication works.
2. Pack and send the machine according to the instructions provided in the e-mail. We do not provide any return shipping services, the shipment to us must be arranged by you.
3. Once we receive the machine(s) we will quote you the cost for the repair and parts (if any) by e-mail. If it's a warranty repair (within 12 months of purchase and a factory fault) we will repair and ship within a couple of days upon arrival. You will also be granted the standard shipping cost we charge in return. If it's not a warranty repair (or not granted for warranty) you will receive a payment link. If you accept the cost and make the payment we will repair and ship, normally within a couple of days.

NOTE: We cant give you any price indications before we have inspected the machine. But the parts cost is the same as in our web shop and the reparation fee ranges from 20-100 EUR to give you an idea. Once you have received the payment link you can also add other products to the cart before you make payment but the quoted parts are locked and are non-discountable. If you choose not to accept the payment for any reason we can return the machine in its current condition. In this case the shipping cost must be paid for before dispatch.
